Four years across banking, insurance, retail and telecom — HDFC Life, Asian Paints, and now e& — building the design systems those products run on. Tokens, component APIs, accessibility rules, documentation, and the package engineers install.

I write the code side too. The e& system ships as a React Native package with a Style Dictionary token pipeline and a docs site, which means the handoff problem mostly stops existing.

That's the part of the job I'm actually good at: making a system real enough that adoption isn't a persuasion exercise.
